CV Kitchen Tips: Freezing & Preparation

For easier slicing, chill beef in the freezer for 30–45 minutes before cutting. This helps create cleaner, more even pieces — ideal for stews and batch cooking.

  • Portion before freezing for convenience
  • Use within 3 months for best quality
  • Defrost slowly in the fridge

Serving Suggestions

Serve with crusty bread, potatoes or grains. This dish also improves the next day, making it ideal for leftovers.
