For over 40 years, our family-run business has been crafting exceptional food in the heart of Nottinghamshire.

We’re proud to be the nation’s only producer of the renowned Alderton Marmalade Glazed Ham, created using traditional recipes and skilled, hands-on butchery techniques.

Everything we make is rooted in quality and provenance — using carefully selected ingredients including free-range pork from Packington Pork Farm and Red Tractor assured British meat.

At The Country Victualler, supporting British farmers and local producers is at the heart of everything we do.

We’re proud members of The Guild of Fine Food, and our products can be found in prestigious establishments including Harrods, alongside respected partners such as Junior Chef, Fortnum & Mason, and DukesHill Food Company — and even served at events including Wimbledon.

We are also continually investing in sustainability, including our new recyclable wool-liner packaging, designed to keep products fresh and perfectly chilled throughout delivery.
