Joseph Perrier Champagne

For six generations this house has been run by the family who own 23 hectares in the Marne Valley. This wine is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot noir with 20% reserve wines. It is all about apples and pears with notes of apple turnover and a lick of grapefruit. The palate has a lovely weight to it and a long vinous finish.
