Instructions: Oven 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6 25-30 mins Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 25-30 minutes. Turn occasionally. Instructions: Grill Medium Chilled: 16-18 mins For best results, grill. Place under a pre-heated grill for 16 -18 minutes. Turn occasionally. Cooking Precautions: Remove all packaging. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only.
BEEF STEAK MINCE 500G

Instructions: Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 9-10 mins Heat non stick frying pan to a medium/high heat. Add product. Break up the mince over the entire surface of the pan. Cook for 9-10 mins. Add a sauce or stock and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer gently, stirring occasionally until cooked through. The meat must be thoroughly cooked until the juices run clear. The meat must be piping hot with not pink meat remaining. Check that product is thoroughly cooked before serving. Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking. Do not cook from frozen. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the refrigerator. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Once defrosted use on the same day and do not refreeze.
LARGE STEAK PIE - FROZEN UNWRAPPED

Instructions: Oven from frozen: 180C //Gas mark 4 Place the pie in its foil on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 45-55 minutes, until pastry is golden brown. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
CHICKEN BREAST FILLETS (PACK OF 2 - 440G)

Oven: 190ºC / Fan 170ºC / Gas 5 35-40 mins Place on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven for 35-40 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking time and return to the oven. Pan: Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the chicken breasts and cook for 2-3 minutes or until browned. Then turn over, cover and cook on the other side for 7-8 minutes or until cooked through. Grill: Cook chicken breast on the grill for 6-8 minutes on one side. After 6-8 minutes flip your chicken breast and cook for 6-8 minutes more Cooking Precautions: Remove all packaging. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Check food is cooked thoroughly and juices run clear when pierced with a thin skewer before serving. Check food is piping hot throughout before serving. To avoid cross contamination, do not wash raw poultry and use separate chopping boards and utensils for raw poultry and ready to eat foods. Wash hands after touching raw poultry. Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Instructions: Grill Instructions: Place under a pre-heated grill for 4-6 minutes. Turn occasionally. For extra crispy bacon, grill for an additional 2 minutes. Shallow Fry Instructions: For best results, pan fry. Fry in a little oil for 3-5 minutes, turning occasionally. Drain well before serving. Not suitable for microwave cooking.
