1 Place 125g stuffing mix in a large mixing vassel. 2 Add 250ml boiling water to stuffing mix and stir throughly. 3 Leave to stand until the mix absorbs all the water and remix. 4 Place in a greased oven proof dish or baking tray and oven bake for 20 minutes at 200C.
