Further Ham Selection

This feast worthy ham is deliciously roasted in honey and cloves to give it a sweet aromatic flavour. Wonderful for special occasions or to have on hand to feed unexpected guests. Any remaining can be used in a beautiful honey roast ham sandwich. The pork is succulent and tender with a delicate covering of fat adding to the succulence during cooking, just like ham used to be.

Purely and simply a deliciously unadulterated ham. Perfect with eggs for breakfast, a sandwich for lunch or a spaghetti carbonara for supper.

After many requests for a smaller version of our hams, we created our Mini Ham. Perfect for smaller gatherings and boneless for easy carving. Exactly the same as our other Hams, cut from the cured leg.

Gold Winner at the Great Taste Awards. A wonderfully subtle smoked ham lightly smoked and gently steamed. The smoking process adds a fantastic flavour that will appeal to everyone.
